CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & REFUND POLICY:

Ace East LLC understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, in order to keep the scheduling convenient for all of our clients, the following rules apply:

​

  • Any appointment, canceled 2 - 24 hours before the scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.

  • Any appointment, canceled 0 - 2 hours before, or after the scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total booking fee.

  • Any appointment, rescheduled 0 - 2 hours before, or after the scheduled time, will result in a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.

  • Any appointment, delayed by more than 30 minutes, will be canceled or rescheduled. That will apply rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee, or cancellation fee equal to the total booking fee.

  • When the we cannot access the property due to a mistake on the part of the client to adequately arrange for access, it results in a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee or a cancellation fee equal to the total booking fee.​

​

  • Rescheduling due to inclement weather does not incur a rescheduling fee.

  • Cancellation due to inclement weather does incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling fees must be paid for media to be delivered to the client. The client assumes all responsibility for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.

  • ​After the media are delivered to the client, any kind of refund is not possible.​
